Agnus Dei Middle Leadership Qualification
A programme for aspiring, new and existing middle leaders. The course covers:
- Coaching
- Leading an effective team in a Catholic school
- Leading change for improvement
- Leading and developing staff
- ‘Mind the Gap’; identifying gaps in your department
- Outstanding teaching and learning
- Analysing and using data
- Succession management
This course will be accredited by CPD:UK and will accepted towards Masters credits at some universities.
