September 2023 Admissions

The staff, governing body and pupils of St Bonaventure’s welcome you applying for a place at our school. To do this you must follow the correct process for your child’s age as detailed below.

We are a voluntary aided maintained school which means we are our own admission authority but to ensure continuity across the borough we follow the London Borough of Newham’s admissions processes.

All applications for this school must be made through London Borough of Newham’s Pupil Services, not this school.

Fair Access Protocol

All local authorities must have a Fair Access Protocol, to ensure that unplaced pupils and vulnerable children and those who have difficulty securing a school place in year, are allocated a place as quickly as possible.  This Protocol must be developed in partnership with schools in the area and agreed by the majority of those schools.  This school has adopted the London Borough of Newham’s Fair Access Protocol.  For full details and more information on how places at this school may be offered via this Protocol visit London Borough of Newham’s Fair Access Protocol
