  • Careers information is available during the Tuesday Lunchtime Careers Drop in Clinic via Jobs4u, ECLIPS and KUDOS internet based careers packages. Support will be provided for pupils using these packages.

The impact of this career guidance is regularly checked via student conversations, follow up sessions with students, student surveys and regular meetings with specific students.

Further one to one guidance interviews with gifted & talented students resulting in action plan for pupils summarising interview and next steps.

One to one guidance interviews with Year 11 students prioritising SEN and those referred by the learning mentors as at risk of disengaging. All interviews to result in action plan for pupils summarising interview and next steps (inc S140 assessments for any statemented pupils).
