Ms Logier arranged for medical students from King’s College London to come in to speak to Year 12 A level Biologists for a clinical skills workshop yesterday, March 15, and it was a huge success.

Students were really engrossed in the workshop and learnt a lot about how to do CPR on a dummy and how to extract blood albeit fake blood of course.

Ms Logier went on to say: “The workshop and simulations exposed them to a lot of new practical and vital skills and they threw themselves into the lesson fully. It was marvellous to see them getting involved and interacting with the medical students who were fantastic by the way. It was a very useful session.”
