Two Year 12 students have been helping Clapton Community Football Club by designing two Christmas cards in a bid to to raise funds this Christmas.

The Club desperately needs new changing rooms so they can return to their long-term, beloved home – the Old Spotted Dog Ground.

Their designs , in the Clubs’s red and white corporate colours, will be used by the Club to help boost their fundraising goal of £25,000.

Once improvements have finished, the ground will be a community centre and it is hoped that St Bonaventure’s football teams will be able to enjoy playing there.

Assistant Pastoral Support Manager and CCFC First Team player, Mr Stanley, explained: “It is great that the school is working with the club. I am so proud to see these students get involved and helping the Club out. The designs are wonderful.”
