St. Bonaventure’s is preparing to celebrate a remarkable milestone: 150 years of education, community, and shared memories, and we would love you to be part of it.

To mark this special anniversary, we are creating a Commemorative Legacy Wall on the Friary Lawn, made from beautifully engraved bricks. Each brick will feature the name of a student, alumnus, former staff member, or individual who has been personally connected to St Bonaventure’s and its community.

This wall will stand as a lasting tribute to those who have helped shape St Bonaventure’s over the years. It will be a place where current students, future generations, and visitors can pause, reflect, and feel connected to our rich history.

Buying a brick is a simple yet meaningful way to celebrate the past, honour the present, and inspire the generations still to come.

Details and Examples

Each engraved brick costs £25 and includes two lines of text, with a maximum of 16 characters per line including spaces. Only a limited number of bricks are available, so we encourage you not to miss this unique opportunity.

This initiative is open to:

• Current and former students
• Past and present staff
• Individuals with a personal connection to St Bonaventure’s

You will receive an invitation to the brick unveiling ceremony. Attendance is optional. If you are unable to attend, photos will be provided.

Important: When buying your brick, please do not leave Line 1 & Line 2 (Your Name and Your message) blank or submit an anonymous brick. To process the order of your personalised brick, you must include your name, or the name of the person the brick is for, on line one. Line two can be used for a short message of up to 16 characters, including spaces. Alternatively, you may choose one of the three suggested formats shown on the right.
